■原因

必要な「Visual C++ ライブラリ」がインストールされていないことが原因と考えられる。

■解決策

Microsoft ダウンロードセンターで「Visual」のキーワードで検索して引っかかる「Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 再頒布可能パッケージ (x86)」といった名称のパッケージをインストールする。OSのバージョンや32bit or 64bitでも対応するパッケージが異なるので、システム要件を確認してからインストールすること。
